The Chinese HEIs staff visited the Research Centre of Novamont in Novara. Novamont is a worldwide leader in the bioplastics sector and in the development of biochemicals. All the new ideas, technologies and processes are developed in the Research Centre of Novara, before approaching the following step of industrial level implementation. Today, August 16, 2019, the Staff Mobility at Mälardalen University started! Seventeen Professors and Researchers of Tongji University, ECUST and Sichuan University will take part in seminars and study visits, together with the Mälardalen University staff, led by Prof. Jinyue Yan and Prof. Hailong Li. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between UNIFI, on behalf of the BBChina Project Consortium, and the Chamber of Commerce of Italy in China (CCIC) is at the signature of the respective representatives. The MoU will facilitate Chinese students taking part in the BBChina Master Program to get in contact with CCIC members operating in the Green Economy for a link with the Labour Market. Eighteen Professors and Teachers of the three Chinese Universities took part in the first staff mobility of the BBChina in Rostock, June 13 to 21, 2019. The Chinese delegation took part in Seminars, Study Visits and to the Rostocker Bioenergie Forum 2019.
